Quick 3D Roof using 3D power tools. Activate the 3D Power Tools Macro, select 3D Plane, Pitch Slab, Set your pitch and thickness, then draw a line along the horizontal roof line of your first section of roof, then it will snap to the middle of that line and prompt you to draw a line indicating the slope up the roof. Then trace around your roof area and then repeat for each additional section.

Here is a small video showing how you can insert a bitmap and do a custom trim to cut out any info around the edge of the image you do not want. Handy for inserting images of custom detail work with out the hassle of re-drawing everything in CAD.
